2014 Board of Directors Detailed Post

Greetings -

I am happy to announce our candidates for CSCAA officer positions and board service for vote at our upcoming general meeting of the association. The meeting is July 17, 2014 at the Camp Silver Creek Rec Hall and we warmly extend an open invitation to all CSC alumni to attend.  Please RVSP if you plan to join us for dinner beginning at 6 PM.

We have an immediate need for a Treasurer! The position requires basic personal finance skills to provide quarterly financial status reports to the Board and will include training.  Please contact me for more information.

Second Term - 2014 - 2017

Stepping up for re-election to second terms of service are Chris Green, Ami Keiffer and Jill Rivoli. Thank you for your continued commitment to carryout our important mission: To preserve, protect and strengthen YMCA camping at Camp Silver Creek. 

First Term - 2014 - 2017

Meredith Connolly and Alison (Dooley) Wyatt,  both camp staffers in the early years of this millennium. Alison is an Engineer in Portland and Meredith is an Attorney in Portland, both welcomed future campers into their families this year!  We're excited to have you join us!

Promotions to CSCAA Advisory Board

After two terms of service as Directors, Nick Benavidez and Damon Simmons join our esteemed group of CSCAA Advisory Members. Thank you both for your years of service to camp and most recently all of your planning and logistics expertise to make the 75th Anniversary Celebration a success.

Finally - our event season for CSCAA is in full swing and it's not to late to join us!

• Our Annual Golf Tournament is this coming Monday, June 23rd at Salem Golf Club.

• Our Annual Work Party at Camp is Saturday, June 28th - meet at the Ad Building!
